As always, he was prepared for many book sales and book signings.

Dressed in medieval garb, we see Mr. White's father manning his merchant booth.

Here you see one of D.R.'s closest friends Terry "MacCrow" Newman showing off his outfit in front of Mr. White's tent.

A medieval lady
and her pooch.

Mr. Newman is seen here conversing with a fellow merchant.

Mr. White's parents posing in front of D.R.'s tent. Mr. White is always glad to have his parents along, for without them he would be truly lost.

Mrs. White is seen here showing off her lovely new outfit.
![]() |
As always, there were many colorful characters for Mr. White to photograph, such as these two medieval merchants.
![]() |
And this Mongolian craftsman.
(Note the shoes he's wearing. Perhaps medieval people weren't as far behind the times as most people thought they were.)
![]() |
Or this armed merchant.

This lady may look normal, but look again. If you examine her ears very closely you might be asking yourself, "Is she Elf or Vulcan?"
![]() |
Mr. White was exceptionally pleased with how this picture turned out. It showed off his two friend's outfits very nicely.
(note he bought his mother a parsol identical to the one carried by the lady in this pic)

A lovely lady with an impressive talent with a sewing machine. She made her own outfit and did an outstanding job doing so.
![]() |
A jester who was getting more than a laugh watching Mr. Newman practicing to one day take his job.
![]() |
Here we see Mr. White's father sporting one of D.R.'s custom hats. Doesn't he look like he just stepped out of the pages of history?
![]() |
Ye old mediveal aluminum gutter salesman... boy, times weren't nearly as primitive back then as we've been lead to believe...
![]() |
This friendly greeter looked a great deal like the Arabian Sheik Mr. White met at the faire in Mobile, Alabama. He only wishes he had gotten a picture of him.
![]() |
This was the first time Mr. White had gotten to meet his friend's lovely lady.
![]() |
Here we see Mr. Newman posing with two people who, by the color of their outfits, look like they should be his younger brother and sister.
![]() |
Here you see Mr. Newman just before he was carried away by the two Canadian Jousters!
![]() |
This lovely lady purchased one of Mr. White's hats to use as a prop for her photography.
![]() |
This young lad told Mr. White that he plans to join the SCA's junior league. Perhaps we will see him in future battle reenactments!
![]() |
The lovely young lady seen in this picture could give the giggling dancing girl a run for her money, with the way she bubbled over with laughter.
(note she is wearing one of Mr. White's hats)

This was one of the tents neighboring Mr. White's pavilion.

Here you see Mr. Newman posing a with a man that looked very much like his father.
![]() |
As you can see, there was a strong family resemblance.

The last thing Mr. White did before packing up his tent for the weekend was to purchase an archery set from a fellow merchant. Here you see him comtemplating whether he paid too much for it or not!
